DOSAGE
Zilch Acne Formula:
Take 6 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 14 and up.
Zilch Digestion + Bloat Formula:
Take 4 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning. Maximum recommended dosage: 6 tablets once a day.
For ages 14 and up. Please check with your health professional if under 14 years.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

I used to get a lot of breakouts on my cheeks. I'm currently on my second bottle of the acne formula and I don't really get active breakouts on my cheeks anymore. There are still some white heads but I think it's normal from regular oil production and environmental factors. I wasn't expecting to have so good results. I had tried many things before and only Zilch pills helped my face to clear. I had acne from my teen years and I am now 25. I still get some pimples, but whenever this happens I restart the zilch formula and they are gone.
