INGREDIENTS
PMS + Stress Formula is made up of 12 Chinese herbal ingredients, and potato starch is used as a binder. No added preservatives, chemicals, fillers or nasties.
Active ingredients: Angelica polymorpha, Paeonia lactiflora, Wolfiporia cocos, Atractylodes macrocephala, Bupleurum falcatum, Paeonia suffruticosa, Ligustrum Lucidum, Eclipta prostrata, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Gardenia jasminoides, Zingiber officinale, Mentha haplocalyx. DOSAGE
Take 4 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.

I waited until my second cycle while eating this to write this review to see if it would help more than once. I previously would get some mild (but annoying) hormonal acne starting from a few days before my period would come, and would also have a variety of PMS symptoms (mood swings, cravings, fatigue, insomnia, etc) in addition to stomach cramps the first two days I start bleeding. This supplement helped a lot with reducing the hormonal acne and also with stabilizing my mood during the PMS days! I'll still experience some discomfort when my period starts but it does not feel as debilitating as it would be previously and also doesn't hurt for as long. I'm halfway into my second bottle now and am probably going to continue taking this for the foreseeable future. I also tried their other 2 supplements (the digestion & general acne one) and those are also pretty good although the PMS one has made the most difference to my quality of life. If you take multiple it's a little bit inconvenient to have to try to space out when you take them though.

I've been taking these supplements for a 3cycles now and I'm so astonished at how amazingly they're working. My periods are much lighter, I have minimal period pains, and the last 3months my period has arrived bang on time. The main reason I wanted to take the pms formula was for the awful hormones and crazy emotions I would experience leading upto my period, but with these I'm amazed at how significantly normal my hormones are. I genuinely didn't think it was possible. Well done for creating something so great for us women. I mainly bought the PMS + Stress Formula for my hormonal acne but have to say the positive impact it has on my period cramps is incredible. Now I only get very little cramps on the first day of my period but this is nothing compared to how it was before. Same for my hormonal acne. I still get a pimple here and there, but the extreme zystic acne flare-ups that I usually experienced before my periods are gone.

I had amenorrhea (no periods) for over 6 months after having to come off the pill, which I'd been on since a teenager for over 15 years. My period had started to come back, but on very irregular 6/7 week cycle, when my Chinese acupuncturist recommended Zilch. I was skeptical, but within a cycle or two I'd gone from 45 down to 29 days consistently. I wish I'd gotten onto Zilch sooner, every other medical professional I saw just told me to wait it out, charged me, and sent me on my way. I've been on it for around 6 months now, at one point I ran out and my next period was so much more painful (both cramps and breast pain), after I started back up the following period was basically unnoticeable. I do find the email marketing a bit relentless, but the formula works, and I'm incredibly grateful to have found it. I also really appreciate how there's no filler ingredients or coating on the tablets (and weirdly, I actually enjoy the taste). Hopefully I can taper down as my hormones maintain their own equilibrium, but it's nice to know that this formula is safe for long term stress support too — as it helps with keeping a balanced mood too.
