I started using Zilch because I was trying to use a more hollistic approach to treat my acne. I had tried herbal teas and changing my diet but nothing worked quite as well and as quickly as Zilch did! Within 2 weeks all my active acne had become flat and I’m now trying to adapt my skincare to work with old hyperpigmentation. Since quitting the pill a year ago, I've been struggling with acne. I've tried topical treatments, natural supplements, zinc supplements and so on, but nothing has shown results. When I heard of Zilch, I decided it was worth the shot. As I really wanted it to work, I have also added gut supporting food to my diet to put all the chances on my side. I have indeed noticed an improvement on my skin, especially on very small spots. Unfortunately, a few weeks into the treatment, I have been under a lot of stress and as expected, it has worsen a little bit my acne, but honestly never as much as before I started Zilch. I felt so hopeless with my skin, i had tried everything such as as birth control, cutting out certain food groups and aggressive topicals such as benzoyl peroxide with no luck. I was sick of the so called ‘purge period’ that came with incorporating new products in my routine, usually with no actual benefits after the purge period wares off. I was ready to give up when i came across Zilch on instagram, i looked at reviews and before and after photos for weeks before finally taking the plunge. I was worried that it would be another thing that didn't work for me. I started off taking 8 a day and i have just moved down to 6 a day. I have been taking Zilch for about 5 weeks and i started to see a dramatic improvement after 4 weeks (as you can see from the photos) I currently have no inflamed acne and no new break outs for a week (which is a very long time for my skin) and i just need to focus on my scarring now. I have been really liking the Zilch supplement. My skin actually looks much better now. I also started a new salicylic acid treatment with my dermatologist, and my naturopath gave me some supplements to help heal my gut. I think this combination, plus the fact that I am in the sun and sea often, has helped me to clear up my skin. I still get breakouts but they are much less inflamed and smaller. I have taken a bottle and a half of Zilch, three pills twice a day. I still have an unopened bottle which I will use to start reducing the dosage to two twice a day, and then one twice a day until I finish the bottle.

I have used 1 bottle of zilch and I have seen to much progress in my acne journey. The inflammation reduced a lot, also the redness and irritating skin. Not only work for my face is helped a lot with my body acne. I have tried almost EVERYTHING topical creams, serums, cleansers, face masks, hard chemicals, exfoliations, meditations and none of that work for me. I’m very happy to finally see the changes on my skin, I use zilch in combination to a healthy diet, rich in superfoods veggies and fruits. I’m very pleased with zilch and to continue my journey to heal. I recommend to everyone to give it a tried.

I started Zilch right before coming off the contraceptive pill at the start of 2022 due to imbalance in hormones causing acne flares. I was worried to see my acne take over as it so often does after ceasing the pill, but I was so glad to see this improvment! I am a bit slack at taking Zilch EVERY day morning and night, but this improvment is so motivating, active pimples have reduced enormously, now to start healing these beauty marks. I’ve put off buying zilch for a long time, I’m from the U.K. so shipping is expensive but so worth it in my opinion. I’m hoping one day they make it to the UK. After trying Chinese herbal medicine in tea leaf form, I couldn’t stand it but heard about the amazing benefits it had. I’ve suffered with c***** acne most of my life and after coming off the pill at 24 it came back with some serious inflammation, after doing an intolerance test I found out I was lactose & gluten intolerant I decided to stop and started taking zilch to support my body.
