DOSAGE
Zilch Acne Formula:
Take 6 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 14 and up.
Zilch PMS + Stress Formula:
Take 4 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 16 and up. Please check with your health professional if you are younger than 16 years of age to see if this product is suitable for you.
Zilch Digestion + Bloat Formula:
Take 4 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning. Maximum recommended dosage: 6 tablets once a day.
For ages 14 and up. Please check with your health professional if under 14 years.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

Hey,
I have been taking 4 pills of zilch which I think was a pretty low dose and I saw some improvment. I think I need to use it more so I bought my second bottle to see if it will be better. So far some of my hormonal acne has subsided and I do have a more clear skin but there is still some acne popping up. It is worth a try obviously!

I did not see the amazing results others have unfortunately, though i definitely did see some improvements. The customer service representative was very nice and suggested the PMS + stress formula would likely better suit my needs. So I will be ordering that and giving it a try.

I went on accutane and my ****** acne came back 2 months later ( i also tried plenty of others treatments from the dermatologist.)...i tried zilch (hesited because it s expensive).
And i m amazed!!! The first two week i ve had a purge (nothing major) in 4 days i will finish the first month, my skin is a lot better. My usually hormonal and inflammated ***** are under control and disapeared in a few days...compared to at least 3 weeks before for each pimples...i oredered 2 other bottles. I think i will put photos of before and after when i got my scars under control as well.
