DOSAGE
Zilch Acne Formula:
Take 6 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 14 and up.
Zilch PMS + Stress Formula:
Take 4 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 16 and up. Please check with your health professional if you are younger than 16 years of age to see if this product is suitable for you.
Zilch Digestion + Bloat Formula:
Take 4 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning. Maximum recommended dosage: 6 tablets once a day.
For ages 14 and up. Please check with your health professional if under 14 years.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

I used to get a lot of breakouts on my cheeks. I'm currently on my second bottle of the acne formula and I don't really get active breakouts on my cheeks anymore. There are still some white heads but I think it's normal from regular oil production and environmental factors. I had amenorrhea (no periods) for over 6 months after having to come off the pill, which I'd been on since a teenager for over 15 years. My period had started to come back, but on very irregular 6/7 week cycle, when my Chinese acupuncturist recommended Zilch. I was skeptical, but within a cycle or two I'd gone from 45 down to 29 days consistently. I wish I'd gotten onto Zilch sooner, every other medical professional I saw just told me to wait it out, charged me, and sent me on my way. I've been on it for around 6 months now, at one point I ran out and my next period was so much more painful (both cramps and breast pain), after I started back up the following period was basically unnoticeable. I do find the email marketing a bit relentless, but the formula works, and I'm incredibly grateful to have found it. I also really appreciate how there's no filler ingredients or coating on the tablets (and weirdly, I actually enjoy the taste). Hopefully I can taper down as my hormones maintain their own equilibrium, but it's nice to know that this formula is safe for long term stress support too — as it helps with keeping a balanced mood too. Thank you Dr. Tam — I will continue to recommend this to everyone.

I think the formula is great it has kept my acne at bay and reduced the redness. Overall has cleared up a lot but still a work in progress. Will continue to take it for another 2 months
